Once your order has been packaged and sent on its way, you will receive a second email with tracking information so you can track your package’s journey to you! RETURN POLICY AND EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer returns on our products unless there is a quality issue. Submit a quality claim through email. Email : info@shophighdefinition.com

High Definition Studios does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return. Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Please allow 3 business days to process your return once it is received by our warehouse. This can take up to 5 business days in sale periods. High Definition Studios clothing must be returned by mail. We offer refunds to your original payment method on full priced items returned to us, after the item has been received and inspected. Helpful Hint: Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.

Must be returned within 30 days of the items being shipped from our fulfilment centre. ‣ Items must be returned in their original packaging ‣ All tags must still be attached to the unworn item/s ‣ Items must not contain any evidence of wear, stains or odours Do you restock items? We do restock select items, however there is no guarantee of a restock of any particular item.
They are designed in Windsor and Toronto, Canada. The products are made by the most reputable factories domestically and internationally that produce for high end luxury designers. We use factories in Canada, America, China, and Portugal. An emphasis is placed on ethical production and anti-sweatshop practices.

We currently only ship to Canada and the United States, however if you live internationally, please send us an email at info@shophighdefinition.com regarding your desired order and we can ship it out to you.
